This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed by ThenEase Software and Information Systems (“ThenEase”) in connection with the MindSmash mobile game and the www.thenease.com
website (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

Account information (Firebase UID, account creation date, last login date)
In-game data (scores, levels, achievements, in-game purchase records)

Device and technical data (IP address, device information)
Country information (for leaderboards)

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with Article 5 of KVKK and Article 6 of GDPR for the following purposes:
Providing and operating the Services

3. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amaçları
Kişisel veriler, 6698 sayılı KVKK madde 5 ve GDPR madde 6 kapsamında:

4. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Hizmetlerin sunulması kapsamında aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf servisler kullanılmaktadır:
Firebase / Google Cloud (kimlik doğrulama, veri saklama)
Google AdMob (reklam hizmetleri)
Bu hizmetler kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir. Kişisel veriler üçüncü taraflara satılmaz, kiralanmaz veya ticari amaçla paylaşılmaz.
5. Çerezler
Web sitesi, kullanıcı deneyimini geliştirmek ve güvenliği sağlamak amacıyla çerezler kullanabilir. Kullanıcılar tarayıcı ayarları üzerinden çerezleri kontrol edebilir veya devre dışı bırakabilir.

8. Hesap ve Veri Silme
Kullanıcılar, hesaplarının ve tüm kişisel verilerinin silinmesini talep etmek için mindsmash@thenease.com
adresine e-posta gönderebilir. Talepler en geç 7 iş günü içinde sonuçlandırılır.
9. Yasal Başvuru Hakkı
Kullanıcılar, KVKK kapsamında Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu’na ve GDPR kapsamında ilgili veri koruma otoritelerine başvuru hakkına sahiptir.
